Both of the shots I'm using this week have blue skies which is a little misleading since we've also had a lot of gray skies lately.
It has been nice though to have a few pretty days. I liked the light on the tree in the shot above and the shadow in the one below.

About Me
- Carver
- My original site, Carver's Sight or is that Site, was inspired by reading the blogs of people who I got to know through the Melanoma Patient's Information Page (MPIP). As time has gone on, I find myself talking as much about gardening, photography, and other random thoughts as I do about melanoma follow up. I am happy about that. I have set up an additional site, Carver Cards, which is primarily a photoblog.

I agree it's hard to find a real blue sky but yours is so pretty, like it!
Sky Watch Friday
A very soothing blue, great pics.
The leafless trees against the beautiful blue skies makes for the perfect shots. The shadows in the second one are especially nice. What a gorgeous day to be out with your trusty camera.
Wonderful shot of the blue sky through the trees.
Beautiful blue in the sky - a wonderful backdrop for the gold in the trees and the shadows in the sandy soil.
Nice blue sky and I agree the light on the tree is nice. I love the shadows of trees in winter.
Azure like it!
Great job as usual, Carver. Happy weekend!
The trees really stand out with the beautiful blue skies in the backdrop.
